Russell has 10 years experience in Ironman racing with x3 world championship qualifying spots achieved. He has 16 Ironman races under his belt along with marathons, Olympic & sprint distances, Ultras and OCR events. He has mentored for 26 years and helped many people achieve their goals in fitness, health & also career development.
